I got a hint from the recent movement regarding the 9th Article of the Constitution of Japan.
At first, I was going to draw this story with human characters, but I came to this conclusion.
A hole on Marine's left ear is a bullet mark. King Toto avoided war, but was thinking and worring about it everyday. Marine understood king's will, and from behind, she supported such a man.
